An Affordable Pricing Structure

The streamlined process that has been developed for this analysis has worked to greatly reduce the cost of this type of labor-intensive work.  The pricing structure for the customer database analysis (datamining) / "MarketLeader" package work is based on a "base fee" plus a "per record" charge.  By knowing the number of records in your database and using the chart below, you can quickly estimate the total price to you.

For example, if you have 732 records in your database, your "base fee" is $1,065.00 (from chart).  With this number of records, the "per record" charge is $0.70 (from chart).  Thus, 732 x $0.70 equals $512.40.  Combined with the $1,065.00 base fee, the Total Price Estimate is $1,577.40.

At this total price, you are paying only $2.15 per record analyzed*.  Some data providing services literally charge more than this amount to simply run the D&B data for a record, with NO analysis, NO report, and NO recommendations provided.  The B2B Marketing Guide is excited about offering this type of valuable service at a price that small industrial companies can afford.

For less than the cost of running one small ad in a trade journal, you can turn your raw customer list into a powerful Marketing Database, and acquire the Marketing Intelligence you need to start easily generating new qualified leads and orders.

The cost of licensing / finalizing the actual Prospect List is in addition to the above costs, and can only be determined after the initial work is done and we can see how many companies made it on our Prospect List.  Developing this list will cost approximately $0.50 per record.

These lists are provided as Excel files, which are easily transferable to any contact manager or marketing database software.  These lists contain a tremendous amount of information about each record, including legal names, contact names for the highest ranking manager, SIC codes, annual sales, number of employees, corporate structure, and much more (note: not all records will contain all of this information, but as continually updated Dun & Bradstreet data, you can rest assured that you are getting the best data available).

Be sure to read the testimonials from our satisfied customers that emphatically believe having this type of analysis done was one of the best business decisions they have ever made (also keep in mind that many of these testimonials are from our face-to-face clients that actually paid "much more" than the prices offered through this online service).

Before completing the questionnaire, and placing your order, please calculate your Total Price and have that number ready to enter when it is asked for.

* The average match rate is approximately 70% of the total records analyzed.  A 100% match is nearly impossible, because some companies are simply not in the D&B database, some companies in your database may have moved, some companies may be listed under a legal name that isn't used in your database, etc.  The key to this type of analysis, is to get a match rate high enough that the results are considered "statistically significant".  Any match rate near 60% or above will provide these results.  The D&B database and the matching software used are the best currently available for this type of work, and the B2B Marketing Guide will always strive to find and use the best technology and methods to generate the most accurate results possible for our clients.
