If Your Company Does Not Have
A Customer Database...
we can still determine an ideal profile based on your recommendations of some companies that you feel "would be" ideal customers. Obviously this is a much less scientific method, and is only as good as your recommendations, but if you know your industry very well and know, with some certainty, who would be excellent customers for you, then a good report can indeed be developed. This is basically the same service we provide for our "MarketCompetitor
" package.
Rather than focus on the past customer analysis and the process outlined on this website for the "MarketLeader" package, the focus is restricted to the identification of the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and the Market Potential. An abbreviated report can still be developed, although with less detailed recommendations and less analysis.
If you are only interested in developing a Market Potential / Ideal Prospect List for one major market, based strictly on an Ideal Customer Profile that you provide to us, and you do not desire a report of any kind or any additional information, we can provide this service as our "MarketEntry
" package.
These packages / levels of work are obviously much less expensive. Depending on the number of recommended companies to analyze, this work should cost approximately $500 - $700 for the "MarketCompetitor" package, and $300 - $500 for the "MarketEntry" package.
For either of these packages, you would still complete the questionnaire, as much as possible (but obviously, a little less information is required), and you would also need to supply a list of recommended ideal customers. The larger this list of companies is, the better the analysis and/or results will be.
The cost of licensing / finalizing the actual Prospect List is in addition to the above costs, and can only be determined after the initial work is done and we can see how many companies made it on our Prospect List. Developing this list will cost approximately $0.50 per record.
These lists are provided as Excel files, which are easily transferable to any contact manager or marketing database software. These lists contain a tremendous amount of information about each record, including legal names, contact names for the highest ranking manager, SIC codes, annual sales, number of employees, corporate structure, and much more (note: not all records will contain all of this information, but as continually updated Dun & Bradstreet
data, you can rest assured that you are getting the best data available).
